•        All posters are printed on demand and dispatched within the stated processing time.

1.5 Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on trenza.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Trenza reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of placing the order through our secure payment gateway.

1.6 Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This constitutes acceptance of your order. Trenza reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued to the original payment method.

In both cases, Trenza holds the full legal right to sell, reproduce, and distribute these designs in the form of printed wall posters.

By purchasing a poster from Trenza, you acquire the physical printed product only. You do NOT acquire any intellectual property rights in the design. You are strictly prohibited from:

•        Reproducing, scanning, or digitising any Trenza poster design for any purpose.

•        Reselling or redistributing the design files or printed reproductions commercially.

•        Using any Trenza design on merchandise, clothing, social media for commercial gain, or in any product for sale.

•        Claiming ownership of any design purchased from Trenza.

•        Removing or altering any watermarks, branding, or credits on designs.

5.4 What You May Do

As a customer, you are permitted to:

•        Display the purchased poster in your personal or professional space (home, office, studio, etc.).

•        Share personal photographs of the poster on social media for non-commercial purposes, with credit to @trenza.in encouraged.

5.5 Third-Party Licensed Designs

Where Trenza uses designs obtained through legal licensing agreements, Trenza holds valid commercial licences for all such designs. These licences authorise Trenza to print and sell these designs as physical posters. Any third-party licensing documentation is retained by Trenza and available to authorities upon lawful request.

5.6 Reporting Infringement

If you believe any content on trenza.in infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately at support@trenza.in with:

•        Your name and contact details.

•        A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.

•        The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on our Website.
