3. SHIPPING POLICY

3.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3.2 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days.
• Remote or rural areas: 7–12 business days.
These are estimates only. Trenza is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a certain order value, as communicated on the Website.
3.4 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery through the courier partner's website.
3.5 Packaging
All posters are carefully packed in protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Rolled posters are shipped in rigid tubes. Flat posters are shipped in reinforced flat packaging. Despite our best efforts, damage during transit can occasionally occur — which is why we require the unboxing video (see Return Policy).
3.6 Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of ordering. Trenza is not responsible for failed deliveries or loss of packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-delivery or address correction charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
3.7 Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows 'Delivered' but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours at support@trenza.in. We will raise a query with the courier partner and assist in resolving the issue. We are not liable for packages marked delivered by the courier.
